| Ki-Tae’s love for the outdoors, adventure and sports was instilled in him by his parents. As a Boy Scout who reached the rank of Life Scout and someone who loved and participated in all types of sports throughout his childhood, it was only natural that he would blossom into an avid outdoorsman and lifelong participants in sports. In college, he shared his passion for the outdoors by leading his fellow students on camping and climbing trips, in addition to playing DIII hockey, rowing on the men’s crew, playing ultimate frisbee and coaching a local lacrosse team. He also worked part-time as an instructor and belayer in a climbing gym in his college town and loved learning to ice climb the man-made ice towers in the Midwest. Ki-Tae loves to rock climb, ice climb, climb/hike up mountains, camp, ski, snowboard, bike, swim, row, paddle, participate in triathlons and run road races up to marathon distance. Ki-Tae’s perfect day consists of enjoying a day filled with any outdoor activity and sharing his passion for the activity with others. |
