| Shipping Policy: |
| We ship out your gear within 24-48 hours after receiving your order. Gear is shipped M-F only. If the item you ordered is out of stock you will be notified by email within 24 hours at the email address you provide when placing your order. For rentals, the rental period doesn’t begin until UPS has delivered the items to you and ends once UPS picks up the items for return delivery. |

| Delivery Policy: |
| If you are within our delivery area we will deliver to your home or office free of charge. Purchased items will be delivered within 24 hours of your purchase as long as your purchase is completed by 5pm ET. Delivery is available Monday – Friday but weekend delivery may be available by special request (call or email to determine availability of weekend delivery). Because of safety and liability concerns our drivers are prohibited from entering a private residence, we hope you understand. In areas where we are unable to park we will deliver to the front of your building, call you to let you know we are there, and deliver to you on the street (Please have a photo ID to present to the driver). If you are close to our delivery area but not within its boundaries, please contact us to find out if we can deliver to you. Our decision to deliver outside of our established area will be based on the amount of the order and how busy we are. We live to satisfy our customers and will do everything we can to accommodate you. We will be expanding our delivery area in the months ahead. |
